Prior to founding Letter Tech, Tom was an invested member of a prominent signwriting company where he honed his skills and gained valuable industry experience. After completing his signwriting apprenticeship in 2016, Tom set his sights on advancing the industry. Recognizing the potential of letter bending machines to revolutionize sign making processes, he invested considerable time and resources into bringing these innovative technologies to the Australian market.
Responsibilities: As the Director of the company, Tom oversees strategic decision-making of the company, guiding initiatives to elevate Letter Tech’s success. He fosters partnerships, cultivates relationships, and provides mentorship to the team, ensuring our commitment to excellence permeates every aspect of our operations.
Professional Experience: Tom has accumulated years of hands-on experience in the signwriting industry, starting from his early days working in his family business. Throughout his career, Pete has had the privilege of working alongside and learning from some of the best in the industry. This invaluable experience has shaped his approach to sales and management, imbedding him with comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of the signage business.
Responsibilities: As a National Sales Manager, Peter brings decades of experience and industry knowledge to lead our sales team effectively. His strategic vision and leadership skills are instrumental in driving sales growth and fostering strong client relationships on a national scale.

Position/Role: National SeniorTechnician
Brief Bio: With a remarkable career spanning 24years as a plastics fabricator, Cameron brings a wealth of expertise to his role as National Technician at our company.
His extensive experience includes creating, designing and building customizable trade projects. Demonstrating an exceptional talent for finding innovative solutions to various challenges.
As the head technician, Cameron plays a pivotal role in co-ordinating the efforts of our technical team, serving as the backbone of our installation and training process.
Responsibilities: Cameron’s role as National Technician involves overseeing and coordinating the activities of our technicians nationwide. His leadership ensures that all installation projects are executed seamlessly and efficiently, meeting the highest standards of quality and precision.
Camerons keen problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail, make him an invaluable asset to our team.
Professional Experience: With over two decades of experience in plastic fabrication, Cameron has developed a deep understanding of materials, processes and techniques. His hands-on experience and technical expertise enable him to tackle even the most complex projects with confidence and skill.

Position/Role: Business Development Manager
Brief Bio: Chantelle’s journey began in the printing industry, where she spent four years assisting with marketing, sales and travel expos. Whist raising her children, Chantelle pursued further education and completed Certificate III in Office Administration, whilst balancing motherhood, she also undertook a role as a part time Team Leader of a market research team. Overtime Chantelle transitioned into office administration and bookkeeping roles before becoming the Victorian Team Leader for a national company, where she excelled for eight years and being recognised with state of excellence on multiple occasions. The opportunity for growth into a new role at Letter Tech presented itself, and Chantelle seamlessly transitioned into her current position as Business Development Manager, drawing upon her diverse past experiences.
Responsibilities: As the Business Development Manager, Chantelle leverages her extensive background in marketing, administration, and team leadership to drive strategic growth initiatives for Letter Tech. She identifies and cultivates key partnerships, explores new market opportunities, and fosters long-term relationships with our partners and clients. Chantelle’s multifaceted skill set, and keen business acumen play a vital role in shaping the company’s trajectory and ensuing its continued success.
Professional Experience: With a career spanning various industries and roles, Chantelle has amassed a wealth of experience in Marketing, administration, team leadership, and business development. Her adaptability, coupled with her strong work ethic and commitment to excellence has been instrumental to her professional journey.
Personal/Interest/ Hobbies: Outside of work, Chantelle cherishes spending time with her husband, Cameron and their two teenage daughters. They enjoy weekends and holidays away in their caravan, immersing themselves in nature and creating memories together. Her meticulous attention to detail and organisational prowess, ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of our administrative processes.
Responsibilities: As the office Administration Manager, Sue is responsible for overseeing all aspects of office administration, including accounts management, documentation and coordination of administrative tasks and client orders.
