Model S-220 Multifunctional Channel Letter Bending Machine for stainless steel, iron and aluminium. The S-220 is an all-in-one machine.
- Fully automatic adjustment of slotting depth
- The maximum return bending height is 220mm, compared to 130mm on the A-130 Series
- The bending thickness is increased to 2.0mm
- The S220 is fitted with a multi-axis material pre-straightening system to ensure smooth feeding of material

- Servo bending system for fast bending speed and ultra smooth curves
- Telescopic bending system with double bending blades for small radius bends
- Full servo and ball screw system for strength and stability
- Exchangeable CNC lathe knife with German Carbide steel for planing stainless steel and iron
- Alternating clamp feeding system with ball-screw and linear guide configuration for smooth non slip feeding for very high accuracy
